What “Lifetime” Means

This warranty covers the functional lifetime of the product under normal
use by the original owner. If your product fails due to defects in
materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it.

No fine print. No gimmicks.

What’s Covered

Here is what the warranty covers:

  • Fabric failure under normal use
  • Stitching defects
  • Zipper failure (teeth separation,
    pull detachment, track failure)
  • Hardware failure (snaps, elastic
    anchors, internal structural seams)

If it breaks because we built it wrong, we fix it.

What’s Not Covered

Our covers are made to be used hard, but they’re not indestructible. This
warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic wear (scuffs, fading,
    patina)
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or
    intentional alteration
  • Cuts, burns, water damage, mold
    or abrasion from sharp tools
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Damage caused by extreme or
    abnormal conditions

Normal wear tells a story. Structural failure is our responsibility.
